But I'm wondering something about Qi. Can you direct it in things other then people?

In theory, nothing would stop you. In practice, well, it's like blood, it moves through the body along the paths and in the ways it's supposed to. I tried it on one of the demons here and it went alright, but that wasn't very different from a human's.

Oh, I see. I don't think so. If you set up the landscaping carefully you might encourage energy to pool where you wanted it, but that's not the same.

I mean...I also had a really terrible idea of using a super rare material to leech into the soil.

Well, some of the fruit also walks around, and there's a tree that moves by itself, so.

I think the crab fruit one is magic, but the other one- I'm not sure.

Different worlds mean a lot of different names, but I haven't had any trouble yet thinking it's all mostly the same thing.

No, it was a good thought. Even if I can't help, someone else might be able to. All the worlds here, someone probably has a solution for everything.
