OOC PREFERENCES:
•CONTACT METHOD: plurk
•THREAD-JACKING: Sure
•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE:Ask first
•BACKTAGGING: Yes
•AVOIDED TOPICS: None
IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: End of Episode 50, post-canon
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Tall, narrow, and young, with about three feet of black hair to hide behind. He's unpleasantly pale, and black lines are always at least a little bit present, usually around his neck, creeping up to his face if he's using magic powers in any way. Anyone who can sense magic or the presence of the dead can tell he's a corpse. He's begun to mix modern-ish fashions with ancient Chinese robes.
•DEMEANOR: Pathologically shy. His eyes are usually on the ground, and he tends to shuffle everywhere so as not to alert anyone to his presence. He has a bit of a stutter that comes out when he's alarmed.
•ABILITIES: Wen Ning has super cool xianxia martial arts skills plus the benefits of being dead. He can do cool flips and kicks and also lift giant boulders and rip arms off people. The more he does, the more the resentful energy of the dead that rides around all the time with him flares up, manifesting as black lines on the skin, blacked out eyes, and little whisps of smokey evil energy. He's susceptible to anything that works on any other undead/ghost type pokemon, and is apparently really easy to possess. There's a free real estate meme for malevolent spirits floating above his head.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: He is dead. And full of holes.
•CABIN INFORMATION: A sliding wooden door leading into a modest, bright room with brocade hangings and paper windows. One wall is taken up by a counter full of medicine brewing supplies, ancient fantastical variant, and a giant, fancy cabinet. A low table you have to knee to sit at and a divan-style sofa are the only furniture.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: You can insult Wen Ning all you want, he will only be sad, but don't say anything about his sister or Wei Wuxian.
IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: It is so, so easy. You could probably do it by accident.
•MIMICRY: Bad idea, but sure.
•VIOLENCE: With difficulty, unless they're threatening someone else, and even then he'd prefer to just sort of pick them up.
•MAGIC: Go for it.
•DEBATE: No, he will pretty much agree to anything if you try.
•OTHER / NOTES: N/A
